Technical Recruiter, Environmental Health & Safety

📋 Description

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source candidates – often the best candidates are the ones not actively looking
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite
• Attend interviews alongside client groups to act as another set of eyes and ears in evaluating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience with high volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting skilled labor

• Base salary range: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Level 1) or $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 (Level 2)
