Technical Recruiter – Hardware

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer—for highly specialized hardware
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across mechanical
• Conduct phone screens, assess technical alignment, and manage candidate communication throughout
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipelines in ATS (Lever preferred)
• Provide market insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
• Report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and sourcing performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hardware and
• Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search
• Experience recruiting technical talent across hardware and product engineering disciplines
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering concepts and technologies, including CAD, GD&T
• Ability to understand and translate highly technical requirements into effective sourcing
• Familiarity with engineering verification and validation processes, hardware test methodologies
