Technical Recruiter II

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across multiple engineering
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to calibrate on role requirements, interview plans
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and close highly sought-after passive
• Manage candidate pipelines, improve hiring velocity, and drive an engaging, world-class candidate
• Lead interview debriefs and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, decision-making, and
• Develop and report recruiting metrics such as interview and outreach conversion rates and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates
