🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in startup or high-growth
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement with creativity
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment with high hiring standards
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby) and sourcing platforms
• Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in AI, engineering
