Technical Recruiter, SG&A

📋 Description

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
• Source candidates (including passive candidates)
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite
• Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Position based in Palo Alto, CA, requires being onsite full-time (hybrid/remote not considered)
• ITAR: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
