📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to offer—for highly specialized software
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract exceptional engineering
• Conduct phone screens, assess technical alignment, and manage candidate communication throughout
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for highly competitive, niche technical positions.
• Effectively pitch Loft’s mission, culture, and technical challenges to highly specialized, passive
• Use proactive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on software and product
• Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search
• Experience recruiting technical talent across software and product engineering disciplines
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and technologies, including Python, APIs
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into effective sourcing
• Familiarity with recruiting for specialized software environments involving embedded C/C++, RTOS
