🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or related roles.
• Experience sourcing across technical, business, and executive levels.
• Strong technical sourcing expertise; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Proven ability to schedule high-volume interviews across time zones.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a remote, fast-paced team.
