🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting; 3+ years people mgmt in tech.
• Experience managing contingent workforce with legal/compliance adherence.
• Implemented AI-driven recruitment tech to enhance workflows.
• Developed and executed holistic talent strategies for complex tech roles.
• Partnered with senior leadership (Director+) on compensation, leveling, and structure.
• Deep understanding of engineering landscape; provide market insights and offers.
