• Establish and maintain consistent, repeatable deployment practices to reduce risk and improve
• Implement structured release workflows that reduce production outages and business disruption.
• Serve as the central point of communication, aligning engineering, QA, product, and operations to
• Streamline approvals and release workflows to improve time to market new features and updates.
• Oversee comprehensive testing, validation, and risk assessments to prevent errors and protect
• Provide day-to-day support for release management inquiries and requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Master's
• 4-6 years of progressive software development experience with a minimum 4+ years of hands-on
• Experience managing the delivery of application change in an agile environment
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
• Proven track record implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations
• Experience of planning, scheduling, implementing releases in a demanding, fast-paced environment
