Technical Sales Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with project pursuit leadership to identify, qualify, and develop capital project
• Maintain accurate project plans and actively track assigned opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at targeted end users, EPCs, OEMs
• Promote technical solutions and capabilities through strong product knowledge, consultative
• Develop and support technical specifications and review project specifications, P&IDs, data
• Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, product information seminars, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of outside technical sales experience, ideally involving valves, industrial products
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, analyze, and interpret technical and
• Experience reviewing specifications, P&IDs, data sheets, and other engineering materials and
• Proven project coordination skills with strong organization and the ability to manage multiple

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $92,500–$138,100, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and
