Technical Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customers within assigned OEM market segments and geographic
• Proactively engage existing customers to identify new opportunities, expand current business, and
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and development process
• Lead customer development projects from initial concept through completion, coordinating with
• Negotiate commercial agreements and engage with purchasing, procurement, and other key
• Analyze sales performance, project progress, and key commercial data to produce accurate reports

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development involving industrial automation
• Experience serving OEM customers across industries such as packaging, robotics, medical equipment
• Significant experience selling technical products and translating complex product capabilities into
• A strong understanding of business and finance, including commercial performance and profitability.
• Knowledge of commercial sales processes, transactions, and contract negotiations.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $105,000–$155,000 per year, with the final offer determined by skills, experience
