Technical Sales Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with Inside Sales, Business Development, and Global Strategic Account teams to support
• Engage directly with clients to understand their scientific and technical requirements and
• Explain complex scientific and technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to customers and
• Serve as a scientific expert at industry conferences, trade shows, and other external events
• Collaborate with business unit, sales, and marketing leaders to identify industry developments
• Capture and communicate voice-of-customer feedback to relevant internal stakeholders to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in client support, sales, or marketing within the cell and gene
• Deep scientific knowledge and a strong understanding of DNA, mRNA, and protein manufacturing
• Strong ability to translate scientific and technical information into practical customer-focused
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving and solution-building capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
