Technical Sales Support Manager – Spirit

📋 Description

• Maintain and develop technical knowledge of regional sales teams via training and presentations
• Deliver technical presentations, troubleshoot production challenges, support pilot trials, provide
• Represent Fermentis at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums
• Build relationships with KOLs, industry associations, and institutions in spirits sector
• Manage technical projects and trials with customers/partners, coordinating with R&D and Academy
• Support customer complaint and quality investigations; assist with process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in spirits production (whisky, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, or neutral)
• Strong understanding of distillation processes; hands-on production experience preferred
• Excellent communication: deliver technical presentations, train sales teams, engage customers
• Problem-solving: troubleshoot production challenges, support quality investigations, manage pilot
• Self-motivated, independent, comfortable with travel-intensive role
• Based in India (preferred), Japan, Greater China, or Taiwan; valid working rights
