Technical leadership to regional sales teams on yeast, fermentation, and spirits production.
Deliver technical presentations, train sales teams, and support customers.
Represent Fermentis at conferences, trade shows, and forums.
Build relationships with industry professionals and KOLs.
Coordinate technical projects and trials between Fermentis and customers/partners.
Assist with quality investigations and process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in spirits production (whisky, rum, gin, vodka, etc.).
Strong distillation knowledge; hands-on production experience preferred.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Problem-solving, travel-ready, independent project management.
Networking with industry professionals; relocation to India/Japan/Greater China/Taiwan often
