📋 Description

• Provide expert technical support for coatings products, application processes, and customer
• Partner with customers to improve product performance, coating quality, operational efficiency, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or
• 3–8 years in technical service, coatings applications, manufacturing, product development, or
• Experience in coatings/paints, automotive OEM, commercial vehicles, industrial manufacturing, or
• Strong understanding of coating technologies, paint formulations, application methods, and
• Experience supporting product launches, customer trials, process optimization, and technical
• Ability to troubleshoot coating application, color, appearance, and process-related issues with
