Technical Services Account Manager

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot server uptime, connectivity, disk space and performance issues
• Review server, access and error logs to identify common problems
• Support customers with cPanel and Plesk
• Assist with DNS setup, SSL installation, PHP versions/modules and databases
• Help customers recover server access and reset credentials
• Support local backup setup and disaster recovery

🎯 Requirements

• Hosting knowledge: Strong understanding of hosting environments, including shared hosting, Windows
• Web technologies: Good knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms, plus CDN and WAF technologies
• Customer & communication skills: Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal
• Problem solving: Able to multitask, prioritise and independently troubleshoot complex website and
