Technical Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-class support for Ripple’s customers using our software.
• Coordinate with Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues across product, data, or network levels.
• Own and drive customer issues to timely resolution.
• Configure production support to reduce service interruptions.
• Ensure a smooth, reliable production experience for users.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience implementing or supporting transaction processing systems.
• Hands-on Web tech: Web Services, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Scripting/programming in Bash, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Linux administration, networking (TCP/IP), and security best practices.
• Databases: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL; routine admin tasks.
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and middleware experience.
