Technical Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Solve complex MongoDB problems for customers
• Advise on architecture, performance, recovery, security
• Work with Atlas and Cloud Manager for automation
• Mentor and ramp new team members
• Collaborate with product teams on customer needs
• Contribute to internal tools for diagnostics

🎯 Requirements

• Linux systems engineering and performance experience
• Networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS
• Storage: NAS/SAN/SSD, multi-pathing, caching
• Experience with complex production DB systems
• Read code; scripting in Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, JS, Go
• Understanding of customer workloads and scale
