Technical Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems.
• Design, operate, and optimize customer deployments at scale.
• Build and maintain internal tools for performance/diagnostics.
• Share knowledge via documentation, training, and workshops.
• Collaborate with product management and development on customer needs.
• Mentor peers and contribute to internal AI/diagnostics initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Linux performance, memory, I/O tuning, security.
• Kubernetes concepts: containers, namespaces, CRDs, multi-cluster.
• Networking: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.
• Storage: NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, caching.
• Code/scripting: Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, JavaScript/Node.js, Go.
