Technical Services Engineer, Named Accounts

📋 Description

• Serve as technical advisor to Named Accounts for enterprise MongoDB deployments
• Guide customers in using MongoDB products and services (Atlas, Cloud Manager)
• Coordinate resolution of complex issues with product teams
• Advise on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scale
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and advocate for their needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years deploying and managing production databases at scale (on-prem and cloud)
• Expertise in monitoring/alerting, backup/recovery, security, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Cloud architectures experience: GCP, Azure, AWS
• Strong customer-facing skills with ownership and stakeholder management
• Systems engineering: Linux performance, memory, I/O, clustering, security, networking
• Basic coding/scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript
