Technical Services Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage on-site building services and MEP elements across multiple projects.
• Produce MEP designs for tender deliverables and coordinate with supply chain.
• Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and quality/compliance.
• Manage day-to-day project elements and liaise with Pre-Construction/Design teams.
• Chair MEP site meetings, review sub-contractor submissions, reports and audits.
• Contribute to project reporting and client presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial fit-out with multi-million projects
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, public health and life-safety services
• Pre-construction process knowledge and design phase management
• Qualifications in building services engineering
• Knowledgeable of local building services codes and safety standards
• MS Project / Construction PM tools proficiency
