📋 Description

• Develop and execute technical service strategies for strategic accounts.
• Provide expert guidance, training, and data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, genetic, and account teams.
• Manage service activities: visits, assessments, and support plans.
• Deliver training for farm employees and internal teams.
• Present technical reports and product validation insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related.
• 3-5 years in dairy production tech roles (reproductive management, etc.).
• Experience training and coaching personnel.
• Data analysis to validate solutions; English/Spanish bilingual.
• Strong report/presentation skills; clear technical communication.
• Analytical skills with dairy software (DC 305, BoviSync, PC Dart).
