📋 Description

• Lead writing efforts for assigned proposal sections, developing structured, compelling narratives
• Conduct independent research and interview technical SMEs, operations stakeholders, solution
• Translate complex technical solutions and SME input into concise, understandable, and persuasive
• Collaborate closely with proposal managers, business development leaders, capture managers
• Convert technical concepts into clear language that highlights solution strengths, customer
• Participate in color team reviews, provide constructive feedback to contributors, and incorporate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, information systems, engineering, life sciences, computer
• 7+ years of experience working within the federal government sector.
• At least 5 years of technical writing and/or proposal writing experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing complex, highly technical proposals for government solicitations
• Experience with ANC/8(a) environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well
