📋 Description

• Own the path from client need to delivered service for DMV services.
• Partner with Engineering to translate client rules into scalable platform solutions.
• Manage end-to-end timelines, milestones, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Track status and maintain a single source of truth for teams and clients.
• Lead client technical calls; translate platform behavior to business terms.
• Build tools, playbooks, and repeatable operating models for DMV delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in technical delivery for a B2B SaaS; end-to-end ownership.
• Turn ambiguous client requirements into shipped solutions; GovTech/public sector a plus.
• Read API specs; reason about integrations and data flows; JSON and SQL.
• Structured PM: manage risks, dependencies, go-live; Jira experience.
• Executive presence with technical stakeholders; translate platform behavior and scope.
• AI fluency; bonus points for GovTech, AI workflows, fintech, low-code, scaling ops.
