• Own end-to-end delivery from client need to service.
• Translate client rules into scalable platform solutions with Eng.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Lead client technical calls with Engineering support.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and handoffs.
• Build repeatable delivery playbooks and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in technical delivery for a B2B SaaS platform.
• Turn ambiguous client requirements into shipped solutions (regulated domains a plus).
• Read API specs and reason about integrations, data flows, and logs.
• Comfort with JSON, SQL, web services; discuss architecture.
• Structured project management: risks, dependencies, go-live readiness (Jira).
• GovTech/public sector experience is a plus.
