📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team driving implementation and adoption of digital solutions
• Hire, coach, and develop Technical Solution Consultants
• Drive execution against performance expectations for Digital Implementation
• Advance digital activation excellence by identifying and eliminating customer readiness gaps
• Build trusting relationships with hospital technical stakeholders, relay field feedback to Product
• Support digital product onboarding and commercial readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital
• 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of technical individuals
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, networking
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
