🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, ad operations, or similar client-facing role.
Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery.
Experience with online ad tracking tools (GTM, Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium).
Experience in AdTech or social media ecosystem; collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Product.
Excellent communication; ability to translate technical concepts for technical/non-technical
