📋 Description

• Source high-quality engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and X-Ray searches.
• Build talent pipelines for software, AI, robotics, infra, hardware, and leadership.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Qualify candidates to assess skills, goals, comp, and interest.
• Present qualified candidates to Technical Recruiters with notes.
• Maintain ATS/CRM records accurately.
• Improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversions.
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and meet timelines.
• Stay informed on tech hiring trends and talent markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
