🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, including in-house sourcing at a high-growth technology
• Strong sourcing research technique and tooling: boolean and x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated success in high-volume, high-urgency environments, carrying multiple technical
• Genuine fluency in technical skill sets. You can read a job spec, a GitHub profile, or a research
• Strong written and verbal communication. Your outreach is short, specific, and human, and senior
