Technical Sourcer

📋 Description

• Source and engage exceptional talent across Engineering and other technical roles
• Build creative sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill searches
• Develop a strong understanding of technical profiles and what differentiates great engineers
• Research companies, teams, and talent markets to identify candidates others might miss
• Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets candidates excited about Decagon
• Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand their teams, calibrate on talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in sourcing, agency recruiting, recruiting
• Highly motivated and want to accelerate your career
• Naturally curious and enjoy learning how companies, teams, and technologies work
• Strong communicator and comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with people you
• Resourceful and willing to try different approaches when the obvious answer doesn't work
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
