🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Intermediate German preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a remote setting
