🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (software engineers, designers) and business functions.
• Expertise with tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, Boolean, Gem.
• Proficient with AI and agents to map and identify talent.
• Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape and market trends.
• Data-driven with metrics to optimize sourcing processes.
