🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering sourcing within a fast paced startup environment, with a rigorous bar for
• Ability to engage with highly technical content, understand it and craft messages from it that are
• Exceptional knowledge of the broader technical talent landscape and where the best engineers are
• You know and have used the latest tools for sourcing and can craft AI workflows which are accurate
