🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; intermediate German preferred.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment.
