Provide data-driven updates to hiring managers and People team.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical recruiting, 2+ years hardware/robotics focus.
Strong sourcing and candidate-pipeline building for niche roles.
Deep understanding of hardware product development lifecycle.
Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
Excellent verbal and written communication; self-motivated and adaptable.
Experience in high-growth/startup environments and closing senior roles.
