📋 Description

• Remote role supporting identification and engagement of tech professionals for global opportunities
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines across software, data, product, HR, and sales
• Create compelling outreach messages, emails, and candidate communications
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and track recruiting activities
• Work with international remote team focused on growth and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English; intermediate German preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work remotely
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote setting
