• Strategic Talent Mapping: source for Research/ML Eng, Platform & Software Eng, Product Eng
• Creative Sourcing: use conferences, arXiv, GitHub, Hugging Face
• Pipeline Generation: build and maintain a robust passive-candidate pipeline
• Personalized Outreach: craft compelling, authentic outreach messages
• Candidate Engagement: act as the first point of contact for candidates
• Partnership: collaborate with Recruiting and hiring managers on role needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in technical sourcing, with a focus on Engineering hiring
• Proven ability to source highly specialized technical roles; ML/NLP concepts welcome
• Experience with Boolean search, talent mapping, and complex online ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible and engaging messages
• Relentless drive and deep curiosity about the AI landscape
• Meticulous attention to detail and experience using ATS and recruiting software
