📋 Description

• Identify qualified tech candidates and support recruitment efforts
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements

• Manage candidate information in the ATS and report on sourcing activity

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Fluent English; intermediate German preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work remotely
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote setting
