3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray, GitHub)

Experience building talent maps or market intelligence reports
