🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or Recruiter.
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; intermediate German preferred.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset; able to work remotely.
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote setting.
