• Proactively identify and engage top-tier engineering talent using creative sourcing techniques
• Craft thoughtful, highly personalised outreach that authentically brings Deliveroo’s brand
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine target profiles
• Deliver seamless candidate handoffs to recruiters, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Leverage data to track pipeline health, outreach engagement, and conversion metrics to continuously
• Map relevant target companies and provide real-time talent market insights, mapping, and salary

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing technical talent (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile) in-house or within a
• Strong research and candidate engagement skills using advanced boolean search techniques and
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building
• Proactive, data-informed approach with a clear understanding of how sourcing metrics drive talent
• Passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, with demonstrated experience embedding
• Hands-on experience working with modern applicant tracking systems such as Ashby.
