Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in supply chain with high-tech focus.
Experience with EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships.
Proven procurement experience in electronics/hardware manufacturing; PCBA market knowledge.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts; capable of complex stakeholder management.
Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred for supplier coordination.
