🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or technical talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency
• Experience identifying and engaging software engineers through active and passive sourcing
• Working knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and terminology sufficient to evaluate candidate
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), Boolean search techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates, recruiters, and hiring
• Demonstrated ability to track and report on sourcing activity and candidate data.
