Technical Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor regulations and standards for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain technical docs for internal use or client distribution.
• Create and maintain testing boundaries, matrices, and product specs by country.
• Handle documentation and product compliance reviews (reports, labeling).
• Handle technical inquiries from internal and external clients via calls.
• Assist other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Science-related degree (Chemistry/Biochemistry) preferred.
• CTT/CTP or equivalent qualification an advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 17025 and accreditation requirements.
• Basic knowledge of TRA/LHAMA an advantage.
• Strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
• 1–2 years in Quality Assurance, Compliance or Lab Testing.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Ability to interpret regulations and standards.
