📋 Description

Develop comprehensive project manuals for Architecture and/or Interior Design.
Collaborate with project teams to develop specs and client masters.
Support project teams with submittal review.
Review comments with Management and address questions.
Mentor junior staff and share knowledge.
Stay current on building materials, codes and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
15+ years in Architecture/Interior Design with 5+ years writing specs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
Extensive experience in construction and construction materials.
Experience with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Word and Excel preferred.
Public speaking ability is preferred.
