📋 Description

• Prepare comprehensive project manuals for Architecture/Interior Design projects
• Collaborate with project teams to develop specifications and client masters
• Support project teams with submittal reviews
• Apply knowledge of building materials, codes, and industry standards
• Mentor junior staff and review comments with management
• Stay current on products and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 15+ years in Architecture or Interior Design; 5+ years writing specs
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
• Extensive experience in construction and materials
• Experience with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Word and Excel
• Public speaking to groups is preferred
