📋 Description

• Own strategic accounts and serve as senior relationship owner for high-ARR customers in AppSec
• Align Endor Labs platform with security and business outcomes; manage multi-workstreams across
• Proactively communicate value; run business reviews and quantify adoption and impact.
• Coordinate complex workstreams and account plans across stakeholders.
• Guide rollout, security policies, SDLC integration, and enablement sessions.
• Provide high-end consulting on AppSec strategy and maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting for enterprise, high-ARR accounts
• Technical fluency in application security, software supply chain, CI/CD, modern engineering
• Executive presence with VP/C-level relationship management.
• Strong program, risk management, and project management capabilities.
• Data-driven: analyze adoption data to extract insights and drive recommendations.
• Consultative mindset; translate technical details into business outcomes.
