Technical Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and roll out code and dependency scanning mechanisms using Maven and Gradle
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through pre-sales and post-sales
• Customize security solutions to fit customer environments and craft bespoke solutions when needed
• Solve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting and DevOps knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, application security, and/or DevOps
• Proven track record in crafting custom technical solutions in customer-facing roles
• Strong customer success advocacy and ability to build secure, scalable solutions from scratch
• Exceptional communication skills to demystify complex technical concepts
• Strategic problem-solving and proactive, anticipatory approach
• Strong English language skills
