Technical Support Agent – German speakers

📋 Description

• Work in a Greek call center (not sales).
• 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension.
• 8 hours per day, 5 days per week; hours vary by client; Mon-Sun.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• At least 3 months' customer service experience.
• PC skills: Windows, MS Office, Skype, iOS, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger, Kaspersky.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; passionate about customer service.
