🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in similar role (technical support and customer service).
• Native Hebrew + Fluent English.
• Advanced PC knowledge (hardware, software, internet).
• Proficient in MS Office; 17 WPM typing.
• Strong soft skills: active listening and troubleshooting.
